• 2 Cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 Container (15 ounces) part-skim ricotta cheese
• 1 Cup grated parmesan cheese
• 15 Uncooked lasagna noodles
How It’s Done:
1. Brown beef in skillet. Add tomato sauce, basil and salt.
2. Mix 1 cup mozzarella cheese with ricotta and Parmesan. Set aside.
3. Spoon ¼ of the beef mixture into slow cooker. Top with 5 lasagna noodles (You can break
the noodles so they fit) Top with ½ of the cheese mixture and another ¼ of the beef mixture.
Top with 5 more noodles remaining cheese and ¼ beef mixture. Top with 5 remaining
noodles and beef mixture.
4. Cook on low heat for 5-6 hours.
5. Top with remaining cup of mozzarella cheese and cover until cheese is melted.
